I love the place but it's just unloved by the modding community for some reason. Being as smack bang between three holds you'd think people would fiddle with it more but alas. It's Skaal Village tier and even that's likely to get at least a JK one soon with him doing Tel Mithryn and Raven Rock. I'd port the old EtaC but I continue to copium for something a little newer.

Better to just rename them so you know to yeet them next time you restart something, not worth the post removal cleanup and possible issues really. Persistent references be funny business.
