I am taking your feedback since ultimately this will be an outfit for the heroine and she needs to sell my game. But what specifically would I ask an artist to spruce it up? If I go to on emptyhanded, I risk getting the bare minimum. If I come in knowing exactly what I want (which I don't) then the artist has something to work with.
