atf does need an account, but the booru i think is still accessible, only pixiv doesn't delete their content, but its annoying by having the +18 in its own section, danbooru has sometimes content that slips their filter, despite having many accounts in many places danbooru and gelbooru do upload things i don't find by myself, as in regular or otherwise, so its always worth to take a peek sometimes
