Rogue Trader and Dark Envoy also have multiplayer. And NWN2. and Solasta.

bg3 is the most polished and convenient multiplayer crpg, but there are several others. RT has the host make everyone's character, and nobody can do anything while the host is in dialogue, so it felt a bit tacked-on compared to bg3's great multiplayer, but my group had fun with it and it ultimately worked fine after getting used to a few oddities.
