I normally don't use her operative buffs, I build her as an assassin and load her out with suitable trinkets and weapons. I'll use Aim for the Opening, and her lethality bonus leads to substantial damage. Wanderer's Portent is my favourite for her because she gets an extra shot on crit, which means something like 4 shots on average per turn. Pic related was a pretty routine damage amount with her.

Rogue Trader and Dark Envoy also have multiplayer. And NWN2. and Solasta.

bg3 is the most polished and convenient multiplayer crpg, but there are several others. RT has the host make everyone's character, and nobody can do anything while the host is in dialogue, so it felt a bit tacked-on compared to bg3's great multiplayer, but my group had fun with it and it ultimately worked fine after getting used to a few oddities.

I personally won't be bothered. I want everyone to have fun romances even if they're not ones I personally will pursue. I didn't really like some of Yrliet's writing, but if they get it right this time and provide a space elf hunk for the ladies, then good for them.

As for whether eldar bang humans, it's one of those things that GW doesn't like to talk about anymore. Back in the earliest editions of 40k and rogue trader, there very much were eldar and human hybrids, because half-elves were always a thing in fantasy. There was also a half-eldar named character in some of the older books, and the ttrpg sourcebooks. It was absolutely a thing without a doubt, 20 years ago.
But it's something GW has turned a blind eye to for over a decade and so whether hybrids are canon or not in current day lore is unknown. Every piece of media that features them is over a decade old at best, and also has things that supercede it (as in, a newer edition of ttrpg's sourcebook chose not to mention it after the older one did).

I was pretty happy with Cass and Kibb, as well as Galfrey and Arue, as well as Octavia and Kalikke, so I don't really have anything to complain about. There have been 1-2 romances I liked in every game, so as long as that trend continues I have zero complaints. I will say that so far there aren't any that jump out at me in DH, since I'm not as interested in a kroot or the doctor and the rest are men, but we still have a few companions left to reveal and there's also always potentially one of the side character romances. Like that portrait of the sacred rose canoness that's been posted a few times, if she's a romance then I am happy. Or some inquisitor or something.

Well, I finally finished Jagged Alliance 3.
It was a very enjoyable experience all around, though I probably shouldn't have insisted for myself to do the ironman mode. It ended up in 2 restarts roughly halfway through the game, which made the whole experience a little less fun. My own fault though, there's a good range of difficulty settings for however one enjoys playing.

They did a lot of good things here. There's some jank, but overall I'm very pleased. I knew it would be more combat-oriented, but I was pleasantly surprised by a fair number of choice & consequence and reactivity type things, as well as quite a lot of the mercs speaking up and giving their 2cents on something. I think there's some replay value if you want to go a different direction with decisions, or use a completely different set of mercs.
Even though I was reluctant to switch away from the mercs I got used to using, the contract system is great for that: minimal worry or bother when picking up or dropping them. The implementation of multiple squads is also very nice.

I would love to see what this studio does as a follow-up and I would for sure play it. I give it 8/10. It should probably be more like 7.5 as a CRPG due to not being as "social" as I'd like, but at the same time I'm glad they didn't bite off more than they could chew, so, an overall solid experience.

I'm telling you this as someone who's never played DA games, Veilguard is my first DA game.
- The story is supposed to be a big, epic finale and a race against the evil bald elf, right? The pacing isn't there; half the time I spend helping my companions with personal issues. Their quests aren't bad in themselves, at least some of them, but there's no real serious counterpart.
And that's not even a problem because, for example, I love games like ME2, even though the entire plot there is essentially "we're assembling a team."
The art direction is kino-esque, and there are many visually stunning and genuinely interesting scenarios, but the exploration seems too old-school and limited, even if the idea of the central nexus is cool.
The graphics aren't a problem, nor is the "Disneyfied" style, although I understand how it clashes with previous installments.
And the combat, honestly, isn't that interesting or difficult.

Is spell combat even worth it in Wrath. It was useful in Kingmaker but in Wrath enemies have such high stats that any penalty to your attacks is a huge disadvantage. On top of that there's the issue of enemies having high SR too.

It's an extra attack at level 2, you can use a Cantrip like Touch of Fatigue if you don't want to spend a spell slot. Most touch spells are garbage, with the exception of Frigid Touch because it's a no save 1 round stagger. Consider dipping into Crossblooded Sorcerer so you get one of the Draconic Bloodlines for extra damage and an Elemental one to turn all your spells into a single element so you'd only need to take a single Ascendant Element.

Imo Eldritch Archer is the best if you want to spam spells while attacking because Scorching Ray and later Hellfire ray are much superior to all melee touch spells.

I mean, sure, but if you have no idea what you're doing I'd assume Normal difficulty (or even some custom settings for easier), and in that case, it's pretty forgiving for some wasted feats or silly decisions.
And in that case, you will actually learn how to build people. I'd recommend manually building it, unless you do really ridiculous stuff you should be fine taking whatever you think is cool, on Normal.

I've also heard that in general the autobuilds are pretty shit, so you could probably do better by deciding for yourself.
