>What's your evidence that Euro-peons were warming up to Russia
Butthurtbelters aside, who presumably can be cured only with a lead injection.. everybody was quite happy with Russia before the psyops started? The Georgia thing wasn't that big of a deal yet, but that's when this operation began, when the media and propaganda campaigns against Russia took off and the seeds of the Ukraine conflict were sown, which follows the exact same playbook, except it 99% guaranteed a major war.
I think Germany and Russia were considered fast friends. Schröder and Bush both were BFF with Putin, until Bush broke it off. Nobody was talking about an overreliance on Russian energy before this operation was initiated - it all began virtually on the same day.

No really they are expanding heavy industry for the first time in 30 years. It's been on a constant decline before.

I don't wish to claim NATO leadership, or politicians, or anybody, is smart. But a depleted stockpile really doesn't matter until it matters. It takes 1-2 years to set up a new factory or expand it drastically, and another year or two to set up a full supply line system, but that's that. Presumably if they feel like they need those weapons they'll begin producing more.
So essentially: this is merely an indicator that NATO doesn't expect Russia (or anybody) to attack them, and incidentally nobody will attack them either. You gotta understand that it is the USA who attacks people or causes wars (with the aid of jews, presumably, experts on this topic).

Again questionable what changed here; you do realize NATO got some new members? How is that a loss? Ofc pissing off China is le bad if you want rare earths or whatever; pissing off Russia and browns is bad if you want hydrocarbons, but it's not an insurmountable prroblem. Just gotta pay a little more, and your money is made up anyway.
