So the CD drama came out and some Twitter users have already put up reviews for it. It was written by Suga's actor himself with supervision from Komura, and it's divided in 3 parts:
>First part consists of Suga having one last conversation with Nyelv after his defeat, in which he reminisces about his test subjects, his personal beliefs, and his scientific philosophy
>Second part involves Suga's surgery on himself to use the Bakemagnum, he also talks to the 2 Shouma clones he made near the end of Q2 in it
>Third part involves Suga and Nyelv's first meeting

The most important bits I could gather from the reviews were the following:
>Suga did in fact experiment on a few more people than he remembered, there weren't 8 but rather 11 test subjects before Hanto, who was the 12th
>The 8th test subject was his assistant
>it's not directly stated, but it's implied that the 1st test subject was his wife
>Suga, while sounding like he's repressing his emotions, says some people sacrifice everything for something other than themselves, and that the first test subject was someone like that. This implies his wife willingly agreed to be experimented on, and that Suga feels sad about her sacrifice
>Suga performed his own transformation surgery by himself, apparently without anesthesia, and he listened to Brahms' lullaby during it since it served as a sedative for his body and mind. He still felt a lot of pain though and was biting on a towel throughout the procedure
>Suga apparently put some effort into keeping his identity a secret, he tells the Dark Shoumas to not call him "Kenzo" or "Suga" and he published a book on unidentified lifeforms under the pseudonym "Daigo Koichi" (name's apparently also a pun related to taste)
>he and Nyelv first met when the latter came to kill him because he was researching the Granutes and knew too much about them, they struck up a conversation and ended up bonding over their shared interest in mad science or something
