When, oh when will it finally sink in (yes, even here) that Trump achieves absolutely nothing—except handing out free gifts to Putin?

PR, the Red Carpet, the honor, the privilege of speaking first, not a single one of Trump’s “demands” met, Putin once again buying himself time, striding back to Russia in triumph, Lavrov showing up in Anchorage in an in your face CCCP T-shirt—Trump’s utter failure, Putin’s total victory.

And yet Trump always gets the benefit of the doubt. I honestly can’t make sense of it. He can’t do a thing, keeps shooting himself in the foot, hands Ukraine over to Russia on a silver platter, squanders every bit of leverage he has.

So WHAT did Putin say in those 15 minutes together in The Beast? Trump emerged meek as a lamb. Did Putin have something—some leverage, a threat? Epstein? Dirt on Melania? Shady deals? You can’t help but think: this can’t just be coincidence anymore.

Unless you accept the other explanation: that Trump is an extraordinarily easy-to-manipulate figure who, with a little flattery and the promise of fame, prestige, and the world’s attention, is genuinely ready to throw away every single condition.

The USA has been played. Witkoff the golf buddy, the clueless Trump loyalists—completely duped by a ruthlessly well-prepared Russian delegation.
