right, this is what's been keeping me away, the animes I've enjoyed the most and that I've found the most profound have always been those with relatively unique plots and narrative arrangements. As soon as you start talking to me about "slice of life", high school drama, isekai, etc, I'm turning that tranny shit off. And yet whenever I have a look at recent animes being discussed it's all just generic trannysekai bullshit with no spiritual or narrative depth whatsoever
