So I went to do a small quest. To try find if I could fix this issue. The mod Miss Coriel Response Core, give to all npc, this annoying lines, overwriting any custom line the npc might have. At least I'm sure Trinnie marriage mod should have a unique dialogue for when she receive the bouquet. I went to the mod and deleted the lines. Sadly it make things worse. I removed the whole mod, and the npc still give some generic line, no sure if is vanilla or from other mod. In the end, seem like Response Core is a "dependency" but it hide unique lines like bouquet response, or birthday gift response. Maybe no one bother because is just two dialogue lines? Sorry for the bad english.
