It seems like a lot of things about art is less about skill and more about patience. There have been many times in which I made an underwhelming piece simply because I didn't have the patience to polish it more, or change certain things. Or maybe patience is a skill in itself in this case...

I must always fight the urge to replay the same games over and over instead of trying a new one. Games are better when you already know exactly what to do.
