it took me 5 years, two headsets, and nearly 30 standalone VR titles to finally realize: 90% of them are just glorified tech demos or generic “VR Games.” the only times i’ve actually been blown away in VR were with ports or mods of regular games.
>MSFS 2020 / 2024
easily the most mind-blowing VR experience. hop in a small plane or glider and just take in how insane it feels to zoom around a national park or big city.
>openmw-vr, Oblivion remastered with UEVR, skyrimVR
i've easily put hundreds of hours into each of these in vr already, it really gives you a new perspective on each of them.
>Euro Truck Sim 2
not as flashy as MSFS, but if you’re into truck sims it’s still peak comfy VR.
