I got mine pretty early on and I recently just got a dock. My consensus on the dock is that everything looks fucking god awful when playing on a monitor and everything looks pretty damn great when playing on a TV. It's all about distance. That being said, I'm never going to play on a TV. The dock is useful to me when I want to stream something that just straight up refuses to work on my desktop. For example, I couldn't get past Skyrim's (OG not SE) cart riding intro on my Desktop. Everything kept flipping everywhere and I literally could not get to the execution. Works perfectly on my Deck though. In Metro 2033, there's a certain cutscene that crashes every single time, and I imagine I'll be able to get through it perfectly on the Deck. Aside from that, I can now take it to my brother's place and play a number of games with him and my nieces now. Got the jsaux dock for like 30 bucks. Not bad at all.
