Gaster and Friend are the only ones who have been established as "watchful" types AND have clear connections to Spamton. Both seem powerful enough to stop him from saying whatever Hyperlink Blocked is and whatever he was gonna say about the Knight, but if anyone is redacting stuff, I get the feeling that it's Gaster. The dude resets the universe when you try to steal his name, after all.
