Anyone here played XIV and recommend it? The new collab has me curious
I tried it a year ago (Free Trial, playing Tank) and was gonna kill myself from boredom 10lvls in.

Is there a more fun/action-filled way to play the game? Just felt like an auto-battler with fetch quests.

Since the FF collab with MonHun got announced I've gotten curious again and want to give the MMO a fair shot.
I loved F16 and I liked FF7Rem/Reb, so I'm fairly sold on FF as a setting...

I tried playing the Free Trial as a Tank class. Played to like lvl15 before getting bored.
Just "Talk to this guy" and "Fetch quests" and no challenge at all...

Maybe it's a skill issue?
I was considering restarting as a Mage/DPS class, if that might be more fun

Can FFfag tell me what the deal is with this thing?
I fought Omega in 16 and it was like a cool boss

Now "Planetes" is coming to MHWilds, idk what a Planetes is specifically.
