Nobel prize winning virologist Luc Montagnier did experiments on DNA and water memory and he discovered that molecules emit frequencies which get stored in the water containing the molecule. The water "remembers" the molecule.
The molecule, or its effects, can be replicated in water not containing any of the molecules by exposing it to the precise frequency emitted by the molecule.
This molecule can be the DNA of a Virus.
In other words they can beam a Virus, or its effects, into the human body, which consists mainly of water.
