I don't have screenshot at hand, but there's German Pope, ruling restored Papal States from Vatican. Religious set-up is rather tame, Catholics in the south, Orthodox in the East, Protestants around the Baltic, alternative Old World Cultists in the Western Europe. Poles literally worship Mary and follow female Pope.
