It just pisses me off so much when people promulgate lies they know aren't true to besmirch someone/something they don't like. It's like how my local Prevention Council has a billboard up in my small town about "vaping causes POPCORN LUNG". Anyone who's actually looked into it knows that isn't true, even the NIH website says vaping doesn't cause popcorn lung and there have been 0 cases. Not meaning that to defend vaping (vaping is bad for other reasons) but spreading a lie is just fucked up
