The stirrer isn't meant to be a full-on mixer. Just to keep things moving so it doesn't burn. Is it perfect? No, I'm sure those pan edges will dry out. But it's got utility for some people/situations.

The egg cracker as someone noted, is good for those with disabilities.

The onion peeler might be useful in a some restaurant setting if you got a high turnover rate with people doing all the prep-work tasks. But at the same time, it's made of plastic, so it was targeted for home use, not a commercial setting.

The banana thing is a novelty. Would be fun for a party, especially with kids. But nobody is going to go through all that and clean up for just one banana.
