Damn it's been way too long since I picked up Fo3 let alone The Pitt, completely forgot about these guys. I'm pretty sure the jumpsuit is purely fictional but maybe look into firefighter jumpsuits or vintage steel mill worker coveralls. I found this, it's the "Ground Pounder (Classic) Jumpsuit" on PGI's site. Not exactly the same but if you dig around you could probably find something a little closer.
