I don't have time to cook anon. I meal prep three days in advance, but I still need breakfast and snacks. My regiment is 1000+ kcal shake in the morning with oats, whey, banana, honey and the usual, and heavy dinner. I might make cheese sandwich at night to meet the kcal.

But I am currently considering discarding the shake in the morning. I make it with a Vitamix, which is also made with plastic...
