I've been drinking out of a shake bottle that is increasingly smelling and tasting like plastic
Today was the worst, I filled it with water 1,5L of water and drank it and the water tasted exactly like the bottle. Like, it was as if I was gargling the actual bottle rather than drinking water. It tasted disgusting.

The water has been bubbling in my stomach for 4 hours since then. I drank water from a glass cup just to see if there was a difference, and the glass cup water tasted like fucking medicine by comparison.

I've been drinking water and shakes from it for the past 2 years, machine washing it between two to three times a week. How over is it for me?

As I waited for captcha to make this post, I couldn't help but remark how much I feel the plastic in my stomach desu, it's insane. The food doesn't move. It's like it's sitting there and I feel the taste of plastic in my mouth still.....

Stop drinking protein shakes.
Eat real food.
3 meals a day, 40g each that's 120g right there.

I don't have time to cook anon. I meal prep three days in advance, but I still need breakfast and snacks. My regiment is 1000+ kcal shake in the morning with oats, whey, banana, honey and the usual, and heavy dinner. I might make cheese sandwich at night to meet the kcal.

But I am currently considering discarding the shake in the morning. I make it with a Vitamix, which is also made with plastic...

Imagine drinking drywall powder when you could just eat a 300g cup of cottage cheese 3 times a day and never worry about protein ever again.

for morning instead of a shake mix the protein powder with greek yogurt. You can also add oats and whatever fruits you like; plus milk. That's easily 60g of protein right there.
That's my typical breakfast.
You need to learn how to get creative. I also don't have time to cook.
For work i get some HEB premium sausages (14g protein each) and eat 8 of them throughout the day. That's 112g of protein plus my breakfast is around 160g.
if you really want a light snack maybe some beef jerky, which should add 8g of protein per pack.

I do have turkish yoghurt, but like what how much turkish yoghurt do you add and do you add it to raw oats? isnt that tedious to eat?

Idk what turkish yogurt is but from a quick google search it doesn't have a lot of protein in it.

learn how to read a nutritional label
watch youtube videos of "what i eat in a day for bodybuilders"
again you need to get creative
do some fucking research
you need to experiment; i add the yogurt after cooking it, but you can also do overnight oats.
There's so many different ways to do it; try them all and see what works for you.

My problem isn't protein bros, it is to eat all the kcal. The shake helps me get 1000 kcal fast without having to cook. Why do people shill plastic shake bottles when they become like this?
