So the just released (and currently OEM-only) RX 9060 Non-XT is slightly slower than a 5060 despite being both a bigger and denser die (199 mm^2 w/29.7M transistors vs. 181 mm^2 w/21.9M trasistors). I can see why AMD won't release the card for the wider DIY market as it seems like they'd be either unwilling or outright unable to price it at a level to be the better buy in the segment of the market where value is the most important (not to mention AMD won't into volume GPU production to save their lives).
