how did this drawing took 9 hours? Is he actually having fun? I thought he was doing pretty well until 5th hour...
I want to say that his construction and coloring both improved, It looks like he internalized certain coloring motifs, but it isn't consistently applied across the board. I feel he kind of run into the muddy colored quagmire, its probably better to start over on the color at some point.
I prefer previous poses because they are more dynamic. In reality 500 hours is not that much in grand scheme of things and I'd say this is a pretty good progress for what he is trying to do.
There are a lot of weird intellectualizing about every little details but I feel like its not getting to the main issues, like he is concerning about ryu being more blurry than the front figure but I think a more consistent and defined understanding of the light sources is more important.
