Very odd anon. Primer firing and power not igniting is a very, very strange phenomenon but I'd pinpoint the primers as faulty, which is by itself a very strange issue if everything was stored properly. Titegroup should be fine if maybe kind of slow burning for 7/8oz. Another thing I could think of is that you make the closure so sloppy and loose that there is not any resistance for the combustion to build up but really, you should, like, not close the cartridge at all
