I don't even know who uses it enough to keep its price that high. The other two ETA arcanes are sub 10p, and drop at the same rate.
Like ember and temple *can* use it, but I never see builds with it on. Mesa and jade are probably the only real users, because of their exalteds. But a lot of people run toxin with archon cont on mesa these days.
