Are you selling to a regular Joe? Are they buying a computer for their daughter starting college? Make them feel good that she will be happy and it will work with minimal issues.

Are you selling a car to a retired man? He wants something that he probably shouldn't buy, but he knows he has 20 years left in the tank so make him realize this is his moment.

Are you selling a system overhaul for a manufacturing plant in Louisiana? That buyer wants to look good to their boss and prove that he was able to save them 3% on the annual expenses.
