I bought one kit similar to this for 80eur last month, later saw the same frame and flight controller on ukraine video footage with an RPG-like warhead underneath being prepared for launch
Most of them seem to be 7" or 10" frames

The only expensive part is the fiber optic wire control, but that's optional
