Sellers that dont sell now will be forced to sell when they lose their bullshit office gigs as the market shuffles and new industries become top dog.

People will continue to say shit like "new paradigm" or "its different this time", but its the same old story.

I picked up the Dwarf Fortress guidebook from Fangamer last winter and will be rereading it before my next venture.

Sometimes I feel bad about playing games/not being productive, but that's just gay normie/consoomer brain. I've have more games/hobbies than any man has a right to, the only thing missing right now is it's hard at this age to find good IRL communities to be around.
