Just reinstalled, did the base game always look this shitty? I never used a texture pack because I'm not too big on visuals, but this outright looks blurry, washed out and pixelated
I also used to play with a 1660S in the past and my PC's fans didn't even speed up, or just barely, but now I have a 4070S and my PC behaves as if I was playing Elden Ring on max settings in a shitty unoptimized area

I'm on the Steam version btw
