Effects: +35 to all Persuasion attempts if Affection is Neutral+. +120 to all Persuasion attempts if Arousal is 6+ and Affection is Neutral+. Gains an extra Happiness and Affection point if brought to orgasm during sex. +20 chance boost to all Copulation rolls (all sex events, except Oral).

This NPC likes everything that has to do with sex - especially kinky stuff like bondage, degradation and cum on (or in) unnatural places.

Instead of reading mod's manual and placing the plugins in the correct order, you let a fucking LOOT do the "hard job" for you. Not only that, but you also let a third-party entity into equation - MO2, Vortex, Wrye Bash, whatever is fancy right now. Layers of layers of abstraction. And for what?

"Easier installation"? When you reinstall OS and have to rebuild the whole modded game you had from scratch? I don't have that problem. I have a manually edited (and auto-backed up) plugins.txt with annotations, clear grouping and structures. When I reinstall an OS, I let Skyrim run once, then copy that plugins.txt where it belongs, and voila.

"Conflict resolution"? xEdit does a wonderful job with that, and it lets you immediately fix everything Skyrim's bytecode virtual machine-related. What if a mod overwrites script files it shouldn't? Easy, do not install it - instead, report it to its author. Besides, that shit wouldn't work properly anyway, even if you installed it through a mod manager.

"What if I want to put a ton of random mods together"? What if a prostitute wants to have sex with 1500 men in one day? Do not blindly install everything you see. Don't be a fucking addict, moderate yourself.

tl;dr: I had the exact same Skyrim SE installation for the past 7 years. I swapped, installed, uninstalled, upgraded, downgraded all sorts of mods. Without extraneous layers of abstraction called "mod managers". It just works.

The issue was that my framerate would go all over the place until I opened ENB's settings ui, at which point it would go right back up to 60 and stay there.
The solution (which I found by fucking with a different enb) was to set the framerate cap to 59 instead of 60.

I've had a lot of fun
I downloaded it manually and had an issue where it wouldn't finish the download with wabbajack, I forgot what exactly I did to fix it but I had to cancel and restart the download like 3 different times before it proceeded with the installation.
The pack is great but it's really a Skyrim++ experience, 90% of the content is still vanilla skyrim but with expansions or tweaks. Most of the modded quests / addons are decent at best and shit at worst. The world and npcs look great which is probably the biggest plus and all progression / equipment has been reworked which lets you get really creative with builds (mages / hybrids especially, although from what I've heard destruction is a bit underpowered).
The combat is okay, it feels good when you start but the higher level you get the jankier it becomes and the more apparent the flaws become. If I do go through with a second playthrough I'm definitely going to spend time looking through MCO mods and changing some shit up.

Also the first 20 levels are brutal. If you don't pick easy mode you're going to shit yourself and die, like a lot. My vampire dude can't even kill mudcrabs.

I've used that my entire playthrough of lorerim, it's good. It doesn't change serana's personality much. All of the lines are vanilla+ additions or commentary on what's going on around her.

Idea behind Lotd is interesting but implementation ruins everything. It adds stands for artifacts and several new artifacts, but 90% of the items it adds and requires you to collect are complete trash.
Also it's generally a very script-heavy mod so every time you use the museum the game starts to suffer especially if you use other mods.
And the third problem is that it works very poorly with other mods. Every time you install a new patch or mod, you have to start a new game. It also implements many things into other mods so for example, if you have that ancient Elsweyr mod you have to complete it in order to unlock the flying ship and get some artifacts from Lotd.
All these memories of Lotd really made me want to go back to Fallout 4. Somehow three huge settlements in the triangle of death with SS2 lag scripts less than putting things in a museum with Lotd

Started modding with Wrybash back in the day, moved to MO, then MO2, returning to Skyrim for the 3rd time I went to Vortex, and not once have I had to manualy set up the load order. In fact, the only thing ever that I had to install manually was ENB and Rudy enb. The fact I can manually toss files around in my mod folder without Vortex throwing a fit is a blessing of the 8 divines.
All that siad, I do keep my distance from mods with enough complains on comment sections.
