Anycolor realized that having mix-gender will not generate as much profit as catering to female unicorns, and they know that they cannot beat Cover's female talents strength, so they choose to beat Cover's weakness that is the male talents. It is easier and they indirectly admitted that the unicorns pay their wallets (and investors)
