He lacks the guts to make a decision even if he could make up his own mind on anything. He just takes orders. It's not that most people are intelligent enough to see right through him. It's just that Biden and Harris poisoned the well for all that could have followed. If they re-manufactured Newsome in maybe 2030, it might work. But it's way too soon to re-hash 2021.
