Let's simplify it:
>for a subject, either LOA manifestion works, or it does not.
>if it does work, it is because the subject did it correctly (across all variables, including time, intensity, work he put in like making changes or shifts in thinking, habits)
>if it does not work, it is either because the subject did it incorrectly, or because LOA is not effective
>many have shared their positive experiences and manifested outcomes, so that suggests LOA does work if done correctly
>however, a third possibility is that someone is so weighed down by various issues in his life, bad luck, bad family, bad health, that LOA cannot work for him because he is doesn't have the time/energy/foundation/money/focus to make it work
>since LOA is not some "exact technical science" with steps or procedures to follow, all you have is tons of reading material and various methods gleaned from that body of text, plus your mind. that's it. at the end of the day, each of us just has his mind. and if that mind is cluttered or distracted or drained, it won't have the clarity or energy to manifest. thus, the complaint about having rich parents is a valid one. having rich parents who can at least take care of themselves is a huge foundational springboard upon which to launch yourself. but even if you were born into a rich family, but mentally or physically crippled, you won't be able to manifest a solution to that disability.
personally for me, i've had mixed results. when i free myself from my parents, when i don't think about them and just focus on getting what i want, then opportunities have opened up for me. but when i'm constantly frustrated and distracted by parental care concerns, nothing good happens, i can't even set aside an hour of clearly thinking, visualizing, etc.
