There is genuinely no reason why you shouldn't sexo Esther honestly. I guess in the first movie, she actually does look like a child. But in 2 and the upcoming 3, she just looks like an adult dwarf. It's going to get increasingly unrealistic for her stepfathers to refuse her sex.
