See, conservatives don't actually abide by those last two points. It might seem like it, but they actually have their own ideal of what the "natural" social hierarchy should look like.
Of course, the consequence of that belief is that the disparity between the ideal in their minds, and reality, must be due to some sort of cheating or unnatural circumvention of the "natural" order. This is why they get assblasted when they see someone who they deem shouldn't be successful, being successful. Women, minorities, lgbt people... even straight, upper class WASPs that are slightly too libtarded.
Counter to what you may expect, even in their ideal world, conservatives rarely want to occupy the top of the hierarchy. Instead they seem more comfortable in the middle, both stepping on their "inferiors" and being stepped on by their "superiors". Deference to authority is the single most central trait of conservatism, and that bears out even in their fantasies.
