Imagine they listened to these idiots for a decade+ and now they finally woke up and realized the actual mmorpg audience doesn't give a flying fuck about pokemon battles in fucking Warcraft. Imagine how much more actual Warcraft they could make if they weren't weighted down by horseshit minigames which are there because you want to get money which usually doesn't like your game to begin with.

It's the economy yes, and entertainment is the first to go because it's non essential, but if they really wanted to buy the games, they could go a few days with eating less food you know, nobody ever died from intermittent fasting. The thing is, the games just don't elicit that response from the audience anymore.
