there is nothing inherently wrong with being weak and needing to build in your mind the idea of a form of support in the shape of your god. unfortunately it does not make your god real in a way that actually matters to us. its just another thought that influences your actions. just do what you can to be a good person to your friends and family and others, no need for a god to tell you to do that. if you have failures, come to terms with them and try to overcome them, once again no god needed.
