you know you can put a Knight Centura with any Psyker and take the Willpower Check against her WP because she has the Command sub-type; if the Check results in Perils then there's no effect because you assign those Wounds to her and they have zero effect, either way the chance of failure is 1/36 because her WP is still 11 even with the cross-faction penalty, so as long as you're not trying to self-target her unit you're golden

it's bullshit but I think it's deliberate, a 75 point psyker umbrella that leaves a Librarian with the same Ld/Cl better WP and only reduces In, like anybody ever checks In for a Librarian

Anathema is a very broken rule right now, loyalist TS or Nikea Blackshields can seriously abuse it
