Boomers think 10 bucks an hour for backbreaking labor is a good deal, I won't show up for shit like this for anything less than $20 an hour or preferred a full price negotiated before I start so I can be efficient and not feel like I have to waste time because I work "By the hour." Some many of these boomers are literal millionaires where I live, and they all act like this and no one wants to work for them, you would think they would figure it out.
