Oh my god, Shencomix. Unfortunately, I don't have enough self-control to stop hate-checking his Tumblr account.

The OP image is actually months old, but I think it was the start of a trend for him I would call "trans-baiting". Basically, his followers started saying that a lot of his older comics made him look like he was repressing being trans. It's a common joke in his community, at least on Tumblr. A lot of these people are sincerely convinced that they know he's actually trans.

What's worse is, he started leaning into it, posting more content joking about "being a girl" and such. He keeps playing into it and his followerds interact with his posts more, happy that their theory is being confirmed or whatever. And he just keeps stringing them along, making these implication that he could maybe-perhaps-possibly be trans. And his followers eat it up every single time.

I can't wait for the day they realize it's all a ruse to get more engagement. I hope they murder him for that.
