and you're absolutely right
i shared some of my thoughts on the kinds of people who incessantly demand more content
in my opinion, the demand for content is kind of fake in a sense that those asking for it don't even know what they want
they just want more of something to do even though even the most terminally online plays nothing but D2 slopper doesn't have every god rolled armor and weapon, every title, triumph and collection badge(those things on the lower right of the collection screen)
this includes the content creators who started it, of course the majority of the rest are just cattle repeating what they hear like that other guy's clanmate, "Datto said there's no content and i agree with him on everything"

there would be, and there was more than enough content before BL to satisfy any sane person, but this is completely irrelevant
and it was proven to be irrelevant during Season of the Wish when 2 quest steps and a weekly challenge required you to do Blind Well
do you remember how hard everyone complained about having to do CONTENT from 5 years ago?
and Blind Well completions were added because they wanted to show off the Dreaming City weapon reissues with a an origin trait and increased difficulty for the Blind Well
yes, Bungie should've done something with the old Red War/CoO/Warmind/Forsaken activities, for me even just a pinnacle engram from the Reckoning, Menagerie, and Forges, or any of the other shit would've been fine
but, again, the Blind Well incident showed how much these creatures actually want to play old activities and CONTENT that's already in the game
i've seen some complain that the portal solo ops has you doing shit in old areas, though i haven't touched the portal myself yet
