A grand dedicated to the second biggest Lucifer glazer is the last thing that will help us. I get it, she’s hot as hell, and I’d rather her over Belial or Faa or another Sandalfag any day. But you overestimate the value of just getting female characters to show up. It’s already been a year since her summer unit, and the game only got worse after it. And I know she’s not responsible for that, but it shows that just her showing up doesn’t make anything better for the game or us. There are other cases just like that from last year and this year too.
Summer Galleon and Yukata Nier? Boom, event where you get cucked by a fish and have to watch to lesbian mermaid primals make out.
Medusa gets a grand? Boom, shipshit with Perseus.
Grub tries bridal units? Boom, they’re the worst take you’ve ever seen in a game.
And you may not remember when people were saying Ox’s uncap was the start of grub’s big comeback, but I do. And now look where we are: a zodiac anni turned out to be absolute goyslop, and Rabbit’s valentines unit needs no explanation.
All of these things contribute to the quality of the game and /gbfg/ moreso than the homoflops do. Most of them have just gone forgotten, and deservedly so. I’d piss on their graves if I remembered where they were buried. But the average homoflop isn’t getting the same poor treatment as Fraux or Zoi.
And again, I’m not saying it’s wrong to want more hot girls. Every day I’m right here doing an impulse roll or two for girls I like but don’t have while wondering where all the draphs went. But at the same time, we can objectively say that it doesn’t even matter if or when they show up. We’re like this because even they show up, something always goes wrong. A g.Raziel, no matter what they give her, will do nothing for us.
