1. It's CRYSTALLIZED IQ which measures accumulated knowledge, NOT FLUID IQ, which measures problem solving ability, is inherent and is not dependent on education.
2. CRYSTALLIZED IQ can only be compared across groups IF both of them receive the same quality of education and educational resources.
You now understand why that paper was retracted.
