Does anyone know for sure in what year Chapter 3 transpires, when Vertin is in the SPDM? I presume that if the first storm reversed time from 1999 to 1996, a year went by, and then the second storm reversed 1997 back to 1985, and then three years went by, then the third storm must have been taken place in 1988 (back to 1976), right? Is this correct?
