guts bonus isn't as good with the pickaxe since the base raw is below 200
you can't really fit a lot of 1-slot skills on 4p gore or 4p odo though
you can fit 2p of either set but the effective damage is worse than 2p lagi since you don't get as many levels of Agi

for the weapon slots, master's touch is just barely better than razor sharp+handi and CB3+OFG1 is just barely better than CB1+OFG3
