That’s from the concept art and the same video had the guy stating it was just his interpretation and opinion. Nothing from the games actually supports what he said.

Helios literally telegraphed his attack by calling out “feel the power of the sun” and Kratos was already in motion of striking before the light already slammed against his face.

I have no idea how you got this but Freyr specifically used telekinesis to hold back Ragnarok’s attack. If that attack actually touched him, he’d melt on the spot. Not saying he has wall-level durability but he used a specific skill of his to hold back Ragnarok, something Kratos didn’t have. Also the feat was more of a lifting strength feat more than anything that actually scaled his attack power. Also Ragnarok wasn’t even targeting him.
