Farms are just one example. Without undocumented workers, your restaurants wouldn't have enough staff, so expect long waits or closures. Construction sites would grind to a halt — no one to build your houses or fix your roads. Hospitals would struggle as many janitorial and support jobs go unfilled. Also garbage piles up because those americans won't work for less than $20 an hour, so the streets get flooded with trash.
Understand? The whole service industry would collapse without these workers. So yeah, it's way bigger than just crops. If you think the economy only needs slave labor on farms, you're missing the entire damn forest for the trees.
