Missions are all linear.
No weapons.
You fight copypasted ghouls for 90% of the game.

There's literally 20 games exactly like Silksong being released every day and have been for the past 5 years minimum.
The original Hollow Knight, at the time, was a breath of fresh air.
it achieves nothing new, it's not particularly good in any field, and it does not beat out it's competitors. And it took them 10 years. Ten fucking years. For DLC.
