Both R5 BP cone and Welt/Clara cone are like 6-8% worse.
He is one of the least cone reliant characters we've had in forever, simply because most people don't care about his stats other then atk and speed.

I usually run Tribbie as my 4th slot instead of a sustain and the normal setup has you generating 10 coreflames which requires RNG to get ultimate in the first cycle or you will miss out on the bronya timing (aka brick yourself).
I appreciate the consistency of having ult every rotation which makes speed boots aka 136/135/134 rotation my preffered. When Ceydra comes out, or if I was running Ting/Huohuo instead of Tribbie I will probably swap to atk boots.
